Our IT people were meeting with a vendor, discussing a data exchange interface program the company had ordered. The usual technical term were being used that mostly only those guys understand. At the conclusion of the meeting they reported back to management that the vendor was suffering from a "severe nonlinear waterfowl issue".

The manager, confused by the answer and wanting to know the progress of the software asked, "what, exactly, is that?"

The IT employee replied, "they don't have all of their ducks in a row".
