Yeah, you're supposed to keep running it. It's not going to cure the problem but it will band-aide it until your injectors are roasted. I'd say keep running it until your injectors bail-out and then replace them. Luckily they're pretty cheep to replace, especially if you do it yourself.
P.S. I see you're in the Duke city. I grew up and lived there until I was 25ish. How many times have you had cars broken into/stolen? For me it was 7 break-ins and one car jacking at gun point. Fun city, keeps you on your toes. Can't wait to not go back.
