The guys at the parts store told me a kit for my carb could be referenced by the number you found or the one stamped on the underside of the fuel bowl.

Are those the smaller sportier mirrors? I don not know the actual name or what they are called. I was given a set like them awhile back that I thought about sticking on the 76

If you ever want to get rid of them, I'll take them off of your hands!

You will be the first to know if I decide not to use them. Around my neck of the woods that seems to be the most popular style because I usually see 3 or 4 sets still on the doors at the local salvage yards.

That's fantastic! If you can find me a good pair, I'd gladly buy em off of you. Those are chrome, are they not?

I believe they are stainless steel or some type of aluminum. Then again they may be chrome. The set I have is oxidize and I need to try and clean them to tell more about them. Most of them I have seen have a Ford tooling stamp.
