1999 expedition gem problem
To make a long story short, all 4 power windows quit working 2 weeks ago. I sent the truck to the garage and 300$ later they told me that my gem needed to be replaced. The told me to buy a new module from ford and it would have to be reprogrammed. I found one that fitted my truck at a salvage yard (it's for an expedition 99 4x4) I just had the module replaced but now the car wont crank! Does a used gem needs to be reprogrammed, is it related to the anti theft system. I cannot invest more money in repairs I've invested 700$ so far and its just getting worse please help, my family and I thank you in advance!

No it is not an anti-theft issue. The anti-theft system will keep the engine from starting, but it does not prevent cranking.
Put your foot on the brake and try starting in neutral to see if it now cranks. If that doesn't work then start checking for blown fuses beginning with 20 & 21 under the dash.
Do the power windows now work? If not check fuse 8 in the under hood power box.
