8EQ-6049-B .. Cylinder Head-Cast Iron-Right (Passenger) Side.
Use for engine with original equipment external water by pass. ID marking 8EQ-B marked on top side of head.
No FoMoCo Dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any.

NOS PARTS SOURCE in Olathe KS has ONE = 913-220-5746.
Note: Knowing that Ford changes (replaces/updates) part numbers more often than women change their minds, I thought if I dropped the head's part number suffix, I might get better results.
I do not know if this head is different than 8EQ-6049-B .. because it is not listed in the 1948/56 Ford Truck Parts Catalog. Neither is 8EQ-8548 .. see below.

CARPENTER NOS OBSOLETE PARTS in Concord NC has ONE = 800-476-9653.

8EQ8548 .. Radiator By Pass Tube.
GREEN SALES CO. in Cincinnati OH has ONE = 800-543-4959.
LINCOLN OLD PARTS STORE in Clearwater FL has FOUR = 727-445-7551.

8EQ-8549 .. Water By Pass Tube / 3/4" O.D. approx 12 1/2" long-curved with flange.

Chuck you could contact the guys at Paul Dells Truck Salvage in central Pa.
They have lots of old Fords and could possibly help. There phone number is
814 - 695 - 5929. If you call them tell them John Ferguson told you to contact them they will treat you well.
