yeah bro i was hoping everyone read my pain in my post. I even have the electric pump and still took forever. Keep all of the lines completely cracked until it leaks at the injectors then tighten all of them up and should be fine. I would think priming the pump ahead of time possibly through the fuel screw plate maybe? Definitely a chore haha

Mine took a bit of cranking to get her primed too, but it proved that good batteries don't care for that - least mine didn't, I started at 12.5V and coutless 10-second crank cycles later they were still at 11.8V or so, during the last three 10-second glow and crank cycles that finally got the thing fired up the lowest voltage I saw was in the high 10s...

it should prime a totally empty ip shouldn't it?
it's an open fuel system,so if you were to turn on an e-pump and just let it push fuel for lets say,5 minutes (might not take that long, but why rush it?) shouldn't it just push all the air right out into the fuel tank.
how long did you give it wreck? maybe you where just too exited to wait long enough lol.
pushing fuel using an electric pump or using the starter to rotate the engine/stock lift pump = same results after all.just a different way of pumping it.so if i where to change an ip,id likely just wait for the e-pump to fill and purge the system for many minutes if need be.but iv never done it yet personally.just what id try first.heck they only draw 2 amps.i might have just gave her 10 minutes purging the system.nothing to loose.
