So I got both king pins in, Passenger side moves easy and smoothly back and forth...but the drivers side does not... it takes more force to move back and forth, It was easy to move before i stuck the locking pin in and i did notice the pin would move with the spindle
So when putting the locking pin in of course with the groove side of the pin which would not let it rotate (the Pin) hence making the spindle difficult......Is my spindle bent in a way that it puts pressure on the pin?
Sorry about the small pic but i hoped i named it right....In any case Once that locking pin goes in the hinge action is difficult to move
How hard was it to put the pin in? My guess since you said you noticed pin turning is that it is stuck or sticking in the axle portion (middle) of the pin. Did you clean that area? Maybe spray some PB blaster between the joint and move the spindle back and forth. Good Luck.
