Here's an older one of mine with the six speed shifts evident. The ICP spikes when I get off the throttle to shift. This was a few years ago so it's likely worse now... T1 me!

Yes, you shouldn't have spikes anywhere. The test is run under WOT.
Jeff, you have to remember that with the 6 speed manual, Andy is lifting for each shift.
Andy, what would be more effective for data log purposes is a WOT run in 3rd or 4th gear from 1000 rpm to redline.
I hear ya, but really it's just going to show more of the same- every time RPM goes above 2500 the ICP falls below 1500. I guess I could do a long run and try to make it go under 1000 and I think it might have on my last trip towing out of Bakersfield towards Vegas on 58.
