Rough idle, need some help.

I am the owner of a 05 F250 6.0L. The truck has the powermax, 200cc injectors, edge evolution programmer, headstuds, EGR delete, AFE cold air intake, magnaflow 4in turbo back exhaust. The truck runs amazing while driving, and at an idle when first started. But once it reaches about 140 degrees it idles a little high with a slight miss, almost like surging. EOT and ECT match up, no puking, so it leads me to think it's a sensor. The dealership here wants $250 for an all day scan, and won't work on it anyways because of the aftermarket parts. I just wanna know what it is so I can fix it. It's not a big problem, it just bugs me that something isn't right with it.

This might be challenging you may have to set back to factory tune and start eliminating poibilitires, egr icp,ebp sensor, check fore wire chafing on ficm harness, also check ficm. These are good starting points. Also make sure tuner is working correctly have read posts where tuners were defective and had to be replaced. Good luck.

Well, I know it's not the EGR because It's not there anymore. And its not the programmer, its been on and running for almost 2 years now with no issues.

If you can test icp and ebp sensors this will let you know they are working properly. Sometimes the ebp will have carbon build up and send irratic values and cause intermitten miss. Icp can go bad over time which results in irratic idle, surging,or miss. Finally do a balance test to see maybe an injector could be going out.

How would I go about checking those? The injectors are fairly new with about 700 miles on them along with the turbo.
