I feel safe with 2500lbs max with the plow in front as conterweight. W/o counterweight well, then it's like I need a wheelie bar. I will have to look into that helper spring. Can one install that himself?

Do the 2011s have rear leaf springs? If so the "overload" spring or "helper spring" is already in the spring pack. It's that leaf with the big arch to it that's on top of all the other leaves.
If more payload is what you're looking for I think you'd be looking to the aftermarket...something like air bags. Not sure so take it with a grain of salt.

Chances are the OP has helper springs. But i would say that your best bet to cure your saggin issue would be a Add a leaf or air bags like gettin old stated. I cant believe your truck sqauts that much. Do you have pics of your leaf springs?
