Electrical Problem

I have a F250 V10. Today I jumped another vehicle. Turned off my truck and it would not start again. Some of the relayes will buzz . Battery has a full charge. Horn relay will buzz but the horn won't honk. Windshield wipers will go on slowly as you turn the key but the switch is off. I took off the negative side of the Battery figuring it would reset itself but no dice. Any ideas?

Sounds like a bad battery terminal connection made worse by putting the cables on. Clean both terminals and both cable connectors, preferably with the right tool made just for that job.
