What ever they give your for exercises, DO THEM! No matter how much it hurts.
You will regain your range of motion. You don't do them, well you could lose some range. The Doc told me I had to keep breaking loose the scarring to keep the range. Lots of ice!

I had a problem with mine, had surgery, bursa (sp.) issue. Went in from the top of shoulder.

I was doing finish work on my house, and was in the process of painting all the interior doors. It was good rehab! Paint, paint ,paint, then went in and iced down. Then more painting. ( kind of like "paint the fence")

I was off work for 6 weeks. Got more on the house done.
