i know i did.
photoforker is holding a lot of impossible to reproduce pictures for exorbitant ransom. screw them if they think i will ever give them one penny.
I find it best to keep my photos in a file on my computer and upload them from it..
Agreed. That feature is one of the better things about this forum.
I participate on several forms that will only post images from links. That helps them keep those sites rated "G" with minimal policing, but it also puts participants in the awkward position of "how badly do you want to share your own photo(s)?"

I downloaded all my photos from photo bucket a while back and put them on a hard drive.

i did too. but when the computer suffers fatal meltdown, they can not be recovered.
plus, most f those pictures were downloaded to photoforker back when they guaranteed they would always be there for use.

External hard drives for backing up for all info, pictures, movies from computer. After losing 1 external hard drive but recovered most of that data we now use (2) 5 terrabite hard drives that are mirrored.
We named this 2 week old kitten Squeaky because that was the only noise he could make when we got him. We were told that his mother abandoned him so we fed him with an eye dropper until he could eat solid food. He lived with my wife and me for 12 years and now he's buried in our back yard. He was a great cat. This pic was taken in 1999.
