Mantis fly on the truck this morning 🌄

 

 

Random as it gets. Tires we need but can't get.

 

I was on Lake Okeechobee last week and found this floating near one of the islands. An "offshore" rod and a shorter pole were taped together with electrical tape and a trash bag used for a flag.

My first thought was that somebody had sunk a boat and made their way onto the island, but the local first responders had no reports of loss or overdue boaters....

 

Bought this morning at local book store!

 

 

 

 

 

 

You really do need to be careful when ordering off the menu....

Every time I had to fly across an ocean I looked for flights on a 747. It's a shame that the fleets have mostly been retired. Great riding planes!
