fuel sending unit leaking

On my 78 3\4 The sending unit in the front tank leaks out of the pick up tube It work fine I just want to know if their is a easy fix to this

I seen a new on for aroung $100 and i dont want to pay that

anyinfo would be great

fuel sending unit leaking

If your refering to where the sending unit goes into the tank, it is a repairable item. You may only need to replace the sealing ring, which require's removing the fuel tank. And of coarse be very careful.
