saw this on another site:

I have a 2004 6.0. Back history. I bought the truck in 05 done the egr delete 5inch turbo back exhaust in 05 when the truck had 34k on it. Then in 2014 I done the blue spring an 4 new injectors. Had been running an edge turner the hole time. Now I recently had an oil leak which was my oil cooler changed it out so while it was down I did the ficm icp sensor an cable as well as the map an back pressure. Noticed while turbo was off it needed a cleaning. So do e that to. Put it back to gather an went to pull a load an it would pull it would not boots up an the rpm would not even come up. Had to get a push form a mini x to get going. Once the truck start rolling it will boots up an pull but it still does it slowly. So called a mechanic who does just ford he said it's the turbo or the vgt so I ordered a new powermax an installed it. An once again it spools up a little be but still not if it's under a heavy load even if I put it in 4wd. So next I ordered an installed a h&s mini max I know it's not the best for the 6.0 but I'm planning on buying a 6.7 in Jan an wanted something that I could change over to it without buying anything new. It does pull better since I installed the mini max I pulled several loads this so with it. While backing up with one of the loads it went back to its old way an would not rev up at all an I could move there was no power I went to 4wd high low rev drive an nothing it would not move. Then all at once it like someone flipped a switch it just boosted up a started back up like nothing was wrong. I've noticed that even when driving that It will be at 2500 rpm an in booting at 7 with throttle potion at 34. I'm going to change the transmission fluid an filter. Any help would be appreciated

.... and it was posted to the 2015+ forum. Wrong!

It was his/her (Carmen's) first post, so maybe, just maybe, they have never used a forum before.

Wonder what the question was.

Was thinking of a 5.9 Cummins build hooked onto my 4r100 transmission in my 2000 Excursion V10 4x4. I am a horsepower nut though so want to build something outrageous like 1000hp. But then thought about how much that might cost compared to something less but still substantial. Maybe 700-800hp would do the trick for a daily driver and pulling a trailer around or boat every once and a while? I'm not planning on sled pulls or competitions, but may do a 1/4 mile here and there. So I know I would need to rebuild the trans to beef it up and a 6.0 cooler. Wondering what the axles are rated at for hp? And the 4wd gearbox?
ah to be young again...

I bet Steve would have some sage, drag racing advice.

I suspect Steve would be chuckling at the youthful indecision, enthusiasm, and naivete.

Think of him often.

Not too bad, but took me a couple mins to decifer it all; tent threw me.

if it got clean coolant and your not rollincoal with a v10 gas an even oil dont got coolant or foam id see that as a very good thing and means just a blown hose or fitting somewhere if you still got those horrible stock clamps that you need a grip to remove those tent to snap in half and the hose pops off had it happen countless times over several vehicles
This guy has been quiet this month?

This isnt a post, but it still makes me say wth.

The other pics show a blurred out of state license plate. His phone number is from out of state.
I asked him how he came up with 300hp out of a 400. He couldnt answer.
Yes, I am THAT guy. I feel compelled to respond to these ads, lol.

I am curious, if when people move here, they don't know their vehicle won't pass emmissions? Or they know but they think they can get around it? I want to know. It sucks either way, because California screws a perfectly nice truck.

Sometimes I send them the link to the appropriate forum, because maybe someone that doesnt live in California would like to get a chance at buying it.

Anyway, wth...

Lol, Numberdummy, I don't know how you do it, you are a Saint. I don't think there is a question that has been asked this year, that hasn't been asked a hundred times already and you always help anyway.
