starter relay wire
I need to test my starter relay wire to see if it's the reason my truck won't start (by running another wire from the ignition switch to the starter solenoid). I guess it's time to buy a voltmeter! Does anybody know what guage it is?

Probably ~20ga, but all you have to do to test it is put a test light from the LB/R wire to the (-) battery terminal and turn the key to START. If the light comes on, the wire is good and sending power to the relay.
To test the relay, just jump from its terminal with the battery wire to the small one (AFTER making sure the truck is in Park or Neutral) - the starter should engage if the relay is good.
