My truck won't turn over at all.
Battery is at 12.4 volts.
Everything lights up inside.
I have an prestige alarm and remote starter that was serviced for a tach wire in April this year.
I leaning towards the starter relay.
What's the best way to confirm it?
Well you could test the starter while in the truck just use a jumper wire from the large positive wire to the starter solenoid wire and it should turn over if all is well. I would be leaning towards the remote start these trucks use a PATS system and if it fails to validate the truck will not start.
I would listen to the solenoid when you are trying to crank it. Like "ford390gashog" said, the trucks have a security system that sometimes will not work with remote starters. If both of those check out then it is probably the starter.
