I've got an 8ball on my Harley and I've gat a ball bearing the size of a cue ball on the truck. The bearing is hard so I use the edm machine at work to cut the threads. The 8 ball I used is I ivory, I used a carbide tap just to make sure it would cut.
Wish my truck was a stick.. I've always liked the look of cue ball shifters
There's no reason you couldn't. I have one on my '64. That small **** on your auto shifter is just pressed on. Grab a handle from a jy and break it down, measure what you need, drill the q-ball accordingly, pull the **** off yours and epoxy it on.... Done!
