2003 6.0 Coolant

I have a 2003 F250 with the 6.0. What coolant do you guys think is best to use and why? I have heard everything from the green stuff is ok, to the ford motorcraft gold stuff is good, to the Red ELC (Extended Life Coolant) is the stuff to use. Whats everyone out there using I really would appreciate the help.

Most owners use the Ford Gold coolant.
