Unplugging the EGR
I was reading in the tech folder about unplugging the electrical plug on the EGR valve. The code i am getting is high exhaust gas recirc flow. It was saying that if I unplugg the electrical connector when ignition is off the valve will stay closed. has anyone tried this?

It's not recommended to unplug the EGR valve anymore. Doing so can cause improper fan operation and potential overheating.
If you would, please post the code you're getting and any kind of mods you have. It will allow us to give you a proper diagnosis of the problem you're having. Also, if you're running any kind of tuner or module please post what brand.
I'm going to guess that you are getting a P0402 which might tell me that you have something stuck in the valve holding it open. Have you tried removing and cleaning the valve with Carb. cleaner?

that code sounds right i remember it said "exhaust gas recirculation- high flow detect" i havent taken it out yet or tried cleaning it no chip or tuner the only mod is no cat or muffler

He is right. But I am not included. I do not have any issues with this.
