brake prop. valve help
hey guys i gotta ? im building a late 70s pick up and im not sure what to do with prop. valve. its a 78 cab with a new 78 f 350 2wd booster and master cyl. 1/2 ton frame with dana 60 axles frt and rear. stock rear drum brakes, stock 2 piston frt disc. i was planning single line to front axle then split to sides( same as 78-79 f150) front brakes. is there a differance in a f150 to f250 prop valve besides one outlet being plugged. also if anyone knows what size threads are in the outlet of the mc and if a napa sells the fitting.

'don't have an answer to your post but if my prop valve went out I'd switch to a combo valve from Inline Tube or Master Power Brakes. IMO, the stock prop valve is a POS and is a pain to reset if it gets bottomed out one way or the other.

i'm wondering the same thing i got the front DANA 44 disc brake axle from a 79 and didn't get the prop valve and need to know what kind of prop valves will work when installing the disc axle in my 71 f250 4x4
