dragging brakes

I have a 78 f250 with rear brake converted to discs. The master is stock and prop valve is as well. The issue is the ps front brake is dragging hard and the rears seem to as well. The front brake has a new caliper and I just stripped it down and greased everything. The caliper slides freely but when the brakes are released it does not seem to release completely. It is as though the lines are holding residual pressure.

Ideas? Bad caliper?

The rears will be taken appart tomorrow.

First thing that comes to mind is the brake hose. Get the front wheel to drag, jack it up and try to spin it by hand, if it is dragging try breaking open the bleeder for a second and see if it releases the dragging wheel. It could also be a kinked or flattened steel line but the hoses only last so long and will do this when they are failing.
