This exact thing happened to me last month. I went through the same process of returning my sct back to them and they fixed me right up. good folks at sct. Im waiting on a window of oppurtunity to send my livewire to Eric to get his tunes. Since this is my work truck, its hard for me to find 3 or 4 days of down time to get that done though.

I got the unit from Eric or Rileys and from what I read from your post is that the unit SCT sent to you does not have the same tunes that I originally had?

Questions
I wonder how the gear ratio of the axle affects regens, or even if it does. My last regen was about 340 miles mostly empty highway running.That is much longer than they have been. I thought maybe the new EGR and DPF reset had a little to do with it. Mine mostly last about 20 minutes at highway speeds.
Larry, what is this EGR/DPF reset you speak of? Also what does Job3 mean and how can I tell which job# my truck is? Thanks.
