power window help

Have a 92 f150 5.8.
We purchased the used truck knowing some things were wrong. Power windows did nt work.
We pulled the motors and took them apart to find the plastic peices all ground up. We repaired them and I put a synthetic teflon-non petroleum based grease that does not thicken with colder weather. We re-installed the motors and got the windows working. They seemed to work but really weak. A week later, neither window would work. Pulled the motors again, pulled a little grease out thinking I may have packed to much in there.....bench tested the motors with a car battery both seemed to work well and rotate fine. Again, re-installed and windows worked. Kept truck in heated garage (Ohio 20 degree weather outside) pass side will not work 24 hours after we re-installed. Drivers side works but seems weak.
Also when checking the connections (at the motor wire plug) with a test light the light was really weak/not very bright.
Could I have a reduced amount of power going to my motors? or do my motors just need replaced?
Any help is appreciated.

Thanks
Robb

The motors seem weak because they aren't getting enough power, check and tighten all the wiring feeding them, take a look at any grounds related to them.
