fuel pump bad??

I think the intent is prevent air from entering the system when the filter is removed. The center post seals the fuel system common to the injector side.

All indications point at the fuel pump (if you are testing the right terminals). One way to verify this is too see if your voltage drops off after about 15 seconds.

Had chance to look again today with a calmer head.

Today I can hear pump running. Pulled off the lines going from pump up to engine. No flow. Pulled primary filter again, full of fuel.

Ordering pump.
