intl part #1854267c94 is the kit i used. has all of the gaskets and orings needed for the entire fuel filter assy. this kit DOES NOT have the cover. I got this only about a week ago from the dealer so not sure on the "restricted" part.

Use the international part number and tell them you are working on an international! If you say ford around them they will say good bye!!!

So why doesn't someone help me come up with a International VIN that used the 6.0, in 2003 because that's what they always ask for first "whats your vin" if we provided a valid vin, getting parts would not be a problem? I do not believe there would be anything wrong with this, I just don't have a clue what kind of truck IH put the 6.0 in 2003, or even where I would start looking, but I am sure one of you more creative resourceful members could come up with one and pm it to me. I seriously doubt they track what parts are sold for specific vehicles vin. LOL

Only one problem, you would get the wrong part since the VT365 uses a different filter housing.
