Ok I did the EGR, Oil cooler,Head studs, everything put back and running but from a stop the tubro is not spooling up like it did and it rolls black smoke till it spools up, the VGT is workingand I'm not getting any codes but looking at the EBP it is showing Actual psi 12 and Demanding like 2 psi at idel is this what could be the prob?
is the map sensor hose plugged into the intake manifold.egr valve could be hung open.when you replace a egr vale the computer must relearn the closed position of the egr valve.
yes the MAP is pulged in and it was giving me the P1000 OBD readyness test not compleat but after a long drive it cleared up, sorry its a 2004 350 I was getting a P0299? turbo under boost but that has cleared, i was reading that if you have too much exhaust back pressure that it will jack with the turbo?
