Once upon a time, I was amazed at just how many acorns I had to fish out of the emergency brake cable hole of a DANA 60 rear end backing plate!

thanks everyone at this great site!! as you have figured out I'll be here alot! Haven't done a whole lot of this kind of stuff on my own but this truck spoke to me... It said "If you build it, It will RUN!!!!!!

No.....not yet...I finally got the ignition out (key was broken off,new key still wouldnt work) Ordered new one today....I put in the MMO/Oil and turned the crank bolt...that went really smooth.Had two tires that kept going flat so I added fix a flat and they are holding.. Still looking for engine cast #'s. Apparently its not the original engine, its a 390 v8, maybe a 68 Mustang Engine. I found these numbers C8AE-8. Havent been able to get underneath to look for the #'s the ground is to wet and I gotta get it up a little higher, I dont quite fit underneath. If anyone wants to visit Kodak, Tn and lend a helping hand I'll supply the food and beverage!!!!!
