Why is driving on broken springs not safe? Broken shakles aint' safe, but springs, doesn't really do anything.
Well it can be dangerous... at least in my case it was. If you notice in the pics I posted of the leaf springs, one of the broken leafs was beginning to shift out of place so I had to put some clamps on it to drive it to the shop without it flying out.
