I like that a lot! Looks better than most fab companies. You guys w access to cnc plasmas and benders make me jealous.

Did you keep the measurements and or templates incase someone else wanted one?

Yes. I am going to make a jig from this "prototype" so parts can be cut, bent and slapped together to make a bumper. Anyone who fabs knows thats easier said than done.

Bergersons bumper did not require a bender nor a cnc plasma. All you need is an angle grinder with cutoff wheels, a welder and a good idea what you want the bumper to be. Make a cardboard bumper and use that as your templates. Each bend i will have can just be a welded joint, like bergersons. Plasma, torch, autocad, benders ect just make things easier and faster but you do not NEED 1 of them to make a nice quality bumper.

I know you don't need them, but you can tell from the inside of the bumper that they are not welded joints. It's just a lot more work if you don't hav the right tools. I could do it w what I have but even just a plasma would be nice.

the reason I wouldnt do a grille gaurd is because they are a pain to work under the hood. But my mechanic is the one who has to worry about that as he is the one digging deep into it

finally got some time to work on the bumper again. I ordered PIAA 510 and 520's(4" and 6") Well the lights itself is 4 and 6" but with the covers, its another 1/2". Of all the tube we have, nothing fit like I wanted. I ended up using 5 and 7" ga pipe and have a gasket around the back so the cover fits snug into the gasket so no rattling or light shining thru the backside.
