Looks awesome!! I'd love to build one myself. I like the lines but for the look I'd go for, the lower section wouldn't project more than 1/2" out past what the stock bumper does. more that "prerunner" look I guess, but without a doubt, that thing will last for years and take (or give out!) some serious punishment!
I wonder: could you build in say 2 holes, 1/2" or so in diameter, such that they would serve as slots for a "workman's step". The "step" would be a small, 2'W x 1'D platform that could be inserted and give you a place to stand when working under the hood. Just a thought.

This step could just go into the receiver couldn't it?
I drilled and plug welded studs on the letters, and drilled holes in the bumper. The bumper itself will be Line-X, but plan on either powdercoating or painting the letters. I think white would pop too much, so i am leaning towards a darker grey.
