That is out-of-control!!! Excellently done.

For wiring I recommend 3way switches (DPDT on-off-on). Wire one side 'hot' so you can turn on lites independently and have the other side of the switch powered from low beam for fogs and high beam for driving lite switch.

I have the riffraff f650 dash with switches for both the fog lights, and driving lights(seperate) I am just figuring out how to wire all this to the batteries.

The obs bumpers are easy to make because the grille and lights are parallel with eachother!

These are relays with bases. Get your 12v from the power-side of that big relay on the pass-side fender well. Then, just small wires from 12v to your switches and then to the new relays.

I'll get you a link for those relay bases that snap together...

The piaa lights already come with a relay for the 6" and a fuse for the 4". I am and going to be running the portable winch. Lights. Gauges. Amp for subs. I will be running knukoncept 3 0ga outlet battery terminals with a distribution block. But i need to redo the bridge cable and run the power and ground cables from the alt to both batteries instead of just the drivers.

Here is the last touch...the Winch

I built the winch cradle, weighing 25 lbs. Powdercoated. I put on another hitch receiver(where the big celevis is) so I can hook up a car trailer, boat trailer ect and not have to worry about the trailer moving.

Powdercoated celevis'(powdercoater said the the gray didnt match the bumper so he had to do it)

Quick connects were wired with 0ga up to a Continous duty solenoid(Warn) and to the battery. With a flip of a switch, I have power going to the bumper.

Everything is holding 13.9 volts, so I must of done something right!

I think I finally have this winch wiring figured out!

I've bought replacement continous duty solenoids directly from Warn that was sapose to be for this winch. After research, I found that solenoid is only rated for 200 amps. At a 9000lb pull, the winch draws approx. 450 amps. I found the biggest Continous duty solenoid on the market fro texasindustries.com 1500 amp, 500 amp continous duty.

Wow that bumper turned out great!!!! Just an idea for those who can't make the whole thing themselves and cant afford buying a complete one, try searching Road Rhino weld it yourself bumpers. There bumpers are similar and you can buy all the pieces and weld the whole thing yourself or you can buy it tacked together by them and do the rest of the welding yourself, or a complete painted one. A unwelded one is about $500+ or so if I remember correctly. They are in University Park Il. About 1.5 hours away from me.

I've been looking for a similar solenoid. I tried going to the texasindustries.com website, but they're a cement company. Can you clarify where you got it from?
