Brake Light Switch
I have a 93 f250 with a brake controller. I am able to stop my truck without my brakelights coming on. I have installed a new switch and have the same issue. As far as I can tell there is no adjustment to the switch. The truck is part 97 and 93 if that makes a difference. The frame and drive train is a Power Stroke 97. The cab is a 93. Any ideas??

There is no adjustment. Do you have that stupid little teflon bushing in there? That was the issue with my truck also. The only place you can get one is Ford and they charge like 4 bucks for it. It takes out all the slop between the rod and the switch activation.
