What made you decide on the NoLimit IFS? I am looking to do the same thing and I am about the same point as you in deconstruction.

A plasma cutter would make quick work of cleaning up the frame. Lacking that, an old school fire axe or drilling a series of close space holes and chiseling between. Could also try a metal cutting blade on a recip saw. Harbor Fright sells a small air powered recip saw that actually works for 9.95 with coupon.

I cant speak for SVT-100 but I chose to do it because of the quality, personal suggestions from other customers, and after reading a few articles on design quality and engineering. Plus if you see the silver bullet you will understand how serious Rob and No Limit are about their products. His auto-x truck is tough. Check out my build progress and you will see some pics of my front and rear going in. I should have some more updates this afternoon when i go by and check on everything.
