HELP - BROKEN MIRROR

Sorry, I put this under the wrong forum. Just in case someone is trying to figure this out, don't pull the 99-2003 small side mirror glass out. It was desgned to be snapped together but never taken apart. There are 2 threaded shafts that will come out of the motors and they are hell to get back in. Also, you shouldn't need to pull the motor out, but if you do, the motors are held in with little black tabs all aound the motor (not the white tabs). Just don't pull the glass out, it isn't worth the effort to get it back together.
