help with my dome light.

so my gf bought me new led dome lights for my 04 f250 crew cab because i wanted new lights because my back light is burnt out (or so i thought) i popped in the front one and it came out beautiful then i went to the back, i pulled out the original bulb and looked at it for the first time and i noticed its not burnt out. so i pop in the new bulb and to my dismay it does not work either. the lights on the side work but the center dome light does not. also when putting in the new bulb i noticed that one of the sides is cracked and i am sure if i keep playing with it that it will break off. is that the problem because it is a wedge bulb. also my 3rd brake light is out as well i am hoping that its just a burnt bulb and not something electrical. i will update u when i check it. thanks.
