Stacks on a Straight 6 4.9

I have a 93' f 150 2wd regular cab, 8 foot bed. dark blue. (pic is coming soon) What i have is a question for all those people who cusom built their stacks and exhaust. How should i go around this? and saying don't do it is not an option.
I won a pair of peterbilt 5" stacks by 5'3" tall. for $31.00 The stacks are turnouts

What my plans are is to true dual 2 1/4 inch pipes out of the 2 exhaust manifolds, (3 and 3 each side), stright pipe, no cats no muffs, go over the driveshaft right behind the cab and put the stacks right in the corners of the bed. but instead of cutting a 5 inch hole, i would only have to cut a hole for the 2 1/4 inch exhaust. I think just having the stacks laying on top of the bed and the exhaust going about a foot into the stack would be fine.

My real question is: should I cut a hole in the frame and reinforce the frame with 1/4 in still on both sides? or should i just go under the frame?
And also. Please feel free to talk about my idea. (height of stack and such)

Ill have pics of my truck in a week

Sorry for the long writing.... Im new at forums

Thanks!

Whatever you do don't cut a hole in your frame. You will be screwed royally if you're ever in an accident and the insurance co. looks over your truck.

Unless your truck is a diesel, stacks do NOT belong.

Even if it was a diesel, stacks are so 4 years ago

Only reason why i would think that is so that the pipe would not be showing and also it gives me better clearance

honestly, ive been there, done that and its not worth it to put holes in your bed and all that because youl most likely end up takin them off. at least i did because they were annoying
