I have a 1978 F-250 4x4 with the 460 in it. Im looking at a set of dual 4" stacks for in the bed behind the cab. My stock exhaust is 2.25". This is what I am thinking of doing is having a flowmaster muffler for each stack and go up through the bed individually one stack on each side. What Im having trouble with is finding a way to go from the 2.25" pipe to the 4" stacks. All I can find is 4" to 3"
I want to stay with the 2.25" pipe as close to the stacks as I can and dont really want to have to go with two different adapters to get to the 2.25" pipe.
Any suggestions?

You asked so I'll answer and don't even tell us you cannot weld.... cut out the outlet side of a round muffler and weld on a piece of 4-inch tubing.
