So I see I have the phone button that does nothing on my head unit. But, I was looking at Fords accessory catalog and they offer a bluetooth integration for $411. My question is has anyone done this? Did the dealer install? Is it fully integrated into the truck's stereo?
if it matters I have an 08 f350 lariat CC, audiophile stereo NO nav.

I just got my 08 F250 and was reading the manual. It says that it's a mute button. I pushed it. It just said "no phone" and didn't even mute he stereo. I found that amusing. I guess it's the "no phone" button
I did like senix and went aftermarket. I got the Kenwood DNX 8120. Similar to senix's too. I also have my back up camera through it since the job #1 trucks had no option for back up cameras. Works great!

My manual simply says "when pressed display will show: 'no phone'". I would be embarrassed to tell you how long I scoured the manual for an explanation, especially cause I thought the bluetooth was integrated already with that f'in button in my face.

I have the backup camera in my mirror. Does that mean I don't have a job#1 truck?
My truck was the first one the dealership installed in a super duty. They charged me $350.00 which included a new stereo unit. I'm satisfied with the features and what it does.
After some research I think an aftermarket head unit is the best value. The Ford Mobile Ease, as I understand it, isn't fully integrated. Meaning there is a control that you have to mount/tape somewhere in the cab.
I may just run my phone over with the truck and save a ton of money.
Yes, there is a control that is mounted on the dash. When the phone rings just press the talk button and have at it. Not sure about the aftermarket units, but they may have a control button also.
