Disc Brake Conversion?
Try Early Bronco Enterprises. They've got stuff for the drummed D44.
Alternatively, go 'yarding and grab, from the knuckles outward the disc brake setup from a 76-79 1/2 ton (F100,F150, Bronco) with a disc-equipped D44. You'll also need a proportioning valve to adjust the brake bias. However, sometimes it comes out more economical to simply buy the entire D44 instead of swapping parts.

I have a 75 F100 2wd truck w/ the Brake cyl, booster, prop valve, w/ the correct pedal for $100 if that helps. It also has the spindles, calipers, and suspension. Don't know how much will work for a 4wd truck. Parts are in WI. shane@sandenwood.com
