can anyone who has made a custom half cab give me advice 
before the fire works start let me explain it was a dream of my late freind to convert his 96 ford bronco to a half cab
i cant afford a kit and i have a donor top already

Most of the half-cabs around were made from kits... but just a little, there might be someone around. If not, you should check the sections of the forum that comprehend modified trucks (mostly older ones) you 'll surely find useful info and tips there.
found out my superviser offerd to help me and has done it to several of his broncos
