engine light keeps going on

The check engine light keeps coming on on my 1996 F150, six cylinder, 5 speed. I have already changed 3 sensors, put in a new gas tank with sending unit and the light keeps coming on after about two days of being off. Any ideas?

Did you pull the codes? You can get this done for free at places like AutoZone, Advance Auto, etc. Start with that and we can go from there. Lots of good advise is here for you on FTE and, BTW, welcome!

i youst to have a problem like this but mine was a v8 4.6 but only happend wen my coils got wet and it ran like crap if this is your problem but i dont think it is cuz u didnt say it it was running bad

No truck runs fine- no problems. Some other posts concerning same issue suggest using fuel additives and then disconnect battery etc to clear computer.
