06 f-350 cranks but no start code p0069 - Ford Powerstroke Diesel Forum
"its your map sensor.... could be induced from the turbo, egr,or maybe something as simple as the map sensor has gone bad.. "
"the code is for "MAP/BARO Correlation" per service manual. Suspect items listed are "Biased MAP or BARO sensor, circuitry". Sounds like the MAP (manifold absolute pressure) and BARO (barometric pressure) sensors are not in agreement.. "
"0069 P0069 - Boost Key On Rationality"
In my case, I didn't bother to change out the MAP sensor (the cheaper suspect) because I cleared it, and it worked again.. and code did not come back...
So why bother?

P0069 in extreme / cold
I wonder if there is a moisture condensation problem / icing blocking the pressure sensor (hence the difference between the MAP sensor in the manifold and the barometric sensor (in pass compartment)?
I drove the truck for maybe a block yesterday (after starting in extreme cold).
Then today, I got the P0069 code.
If it is just moisture blocking the sensor port, changing it out may not get rid of it.

The BARO is in the cab under the dash (I believe) so probably no condensation (moisture). Also the MAP's hose has a vertical run and should drain, but it is a small enough hose that the surface tension could hang up some moisture I guess. It would be interesting to see your readings. I try to compare BARO, EBP, MAP at each start up.

Mark!
You know I don't have a means to read the readings!
This is chintz shop here.
I just went out, cleared the codes, and am on my way.
If it keeps hanging up after a short run and intense cold, I would put it down to moisture --- and wait for the time when I have spare change to buy a proper scan tool.
Right now, higher priorities, like muffler, Front brakes in spring, etc.

Well another old day here got the same MIL light light again this time the truck was pluged in so it wasnt from a cold start got the same 2 codes with the P0069 module fuel and air metering and UX emissions
and the P0200 inject cir module fuel and air metering
and under the parkaid heading I got a P0057 Heater control circuit low bank 2 sensor 2. I wonder if the cold has anything to do with this If so then will a flash fix it or is there something more serious
I also found this explains a little bit about the various DTC codes
