How Does Miles-to-Empty Computer Work?
Can anyone tell me how the miles-to-empty computer and average mpg work? Is there some kind of a sensor and if so, where is it? Does it measure fuel flow, or tank volume?
I'm also wondering if those displays can be retrofit into a truck that didn't come with them. My buddies' '02 Ex has them and they'd be useful. Thanks.
