Have you tried fully recharging them, testing them, and then seeing if your truck starts properly?
Bear in mind that if you fully discharge a brand new battery, it will permanently lose a lot of its amp capacity. (This is less true for deep cycle batteries, and I'm told, Group 31's, which are constructed like deep cycles but aren't labeled as such).
A modern load tester will tell you exactly how many CCA's your batteries have. Voltage is near-meaningless in determining a battery's ability to crank an engine.
