You can get the panel by itself but it runs about $150-180.

If I could find a parts fiche I could tell you for sure but it's just labeled as the console's rear trim panel. Might want to try find a console at a pick and pull to avoid a $300 price tag. Or do like me and take the center seat out and replace it with something. I put a custom sub box with a pair of 10's and a alpine amp there with custom brackets.

thats also a good idea, i wish i could fit the rear cupholders in there

I think if you have a local ford group like I do in Arizona AZPSG you could offer up the swap and someone would definetly change rear panels with you
not sure what all is involved but it shouldn't be hard
