new batteries

I need to purchase two new batteries for my 2000 F250 diesel truck. I live in Arizona and the heat takes its toll on them. Any recommendations?

I would recommend Interstate batteries or a gel cell like Optima. Caterpillar tractor also makes a good battery. You will pay top price for any of these, but after 30 years of dead battery experience, I wouldn't consider a budget battery.

I also live in AZ and my opinion with batteries is now days they all stink compared to years ago ! I think Costco is the best place to get batteries as they are cheaper and have a better warranty than any one else out here
