Is my 99 SD Lifted?
My rear appears to be a few inches higher than the front and there is a 2" or so block between the springs and the axle. I had started to check on leveling kits, but then noticed that a lot of your trucks have the same posture as mine. And since a leveling kit is readily available it seems to enforce my conclusion that a stock SD is higher in the rear.
Is there a benefit to install the leveling kit?

Mostly just looks from what I know. Though I could be wrong, I don't know of any other benefit.
