How do I stop getting notifications?

Everytime one of my friends post on FTE, I get an email and it fills my box up. How do I stop getting notifications?

Click on "edit options" in your user cp, scroll down to "buddy post notification" and be sure you have "no" checked. For some reason, the "buddy post notification" is on there twice, so scroll down a little more and be sure you've selected "no" in both places.

And after you do what Steve said above, make sure you scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and click "Save changes".
